Responsibilities:.
* Familiar with the onboarding process.
* Handling HR operation such as (attendance, leaves, holidays)
* Handling GOSI and all related forms.
* Develop training and development programs.
* Assist in performance management processes end employee evaluation.
* Screen resumes and job applications.
* Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
* Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
* Administering health insurance programs.
* Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
* Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.
Other Requirements:
* Proven work experience in the HR field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong decision-making skills
* Knowledge of HR functions (performance appraisal, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
* Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
