Job Family Adminstrative
Reports to HR Director
Location Alfaisal University - Riyadh
The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible to source and screen applicants
to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities
within the University through attracting and recruiting high quality faculty &
Administrative people that exhibit the required competencies.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Develops and manpower and recruiting processes to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards and recommend revisions as needed.
* Ensures HR Recruitment & Selection policies and procedures are fully adhered to across the University.
* Sources and attracts candidates using various methods to ensure a diverse and generous pool of quality candidates needed to fill administrative, professional, technical and operational job openings at Alfaisal University.
* Performs various searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, employee referrals, etc.
* Sources and works with local / oversees recruitment agencies and universities to assist recruitment activities and develops Service Level Agreements.
* Informs potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities at Alfaisal University.
* Screens and refers applicants to concerned hiring personnel / panel in the University, arranges for interviews as appropriate.
* Ensures that recruitment campaigns / job fairs are aligned with the HR recruitment strategy and an integrated approach is taken to workforce planning and development.
* Coordinates with the concerned department to post vacancies internally at Alfaisal website.
* Conducts reference and background checks on applicants.
* Plans and conducts new employee orientation and induction programs to accelerate staff alignment, productivity and foster positive attitude
* Oversees the finalization of job offers to successful candidates and ensures terms and conditions offered are aligned with HR policies & procedures.
* Oversees timely issuance of acceptance/ rejection letters to all job applicants called in for interviews.
