An exciting opportunity has arisen to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join our team as
a Procurement Supervisor.
As a Procurement Supervisor you will play significant role in supporting the
execution of the associated sourcing and commercial activities required for
operating contract delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that all
sourcing activities are in line with the defined purchasing processes, which
will include the raising and management of all purchase documentation within
the appropriate system. You will be responsible for the in-contract management
of your designated suppliers, providing continuity of supply and required
levels of technology, quality, cost and delivery performance.

Key Accountabilities
* Supplier Relationships - Responsible for the effective day to day management of suppliers.
* Cost Management - Work with suppliers to identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities.
* Sourcing - Support the execution of sourcing and commercial activities to maximise the value proposition across designated commodities / categories.
* Quality & Delivery - Where designated, select a supply chain capable of meeting quality and delivery requirements and ensuring the management and rectification of quality and delivery issues.
* Processes and Procedures - Accountable for compliance to company policies, processes and procedures, ensuring all purchasing records and documentations are correct and maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
* Stakeholder Management - Nurture effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the function in order to support functional priorities.
* Risk Management - Support the deployment of risk management practices to assess, communicate and mitigate supply chain risks.
* Supplier Code of Conduct - Responsible for understanding supplier obligations contained in the Global Supplier Code of Conduct and addressing any supplier compliance concerns through direct action or escalation. Responsible for ensuring that supplier compliance to the Global Supplier Code of Conduct is maintained.
* Commercial Support - providing support to the Commercial manager.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum ‎2 years experience
* BA degree or equivalent and proven relevant experience in similar Procurement Supervisor roles.
* Excellent track record of delivering results.
* Global outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working.
* Good planning and time management skills to develop comprehensive workable solutions in complex situations.
* Strong integrity and commercial acumen.
* Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain management preferred
