.We are looking for a Head of Finance acting as a senior executive who will be
responsible for managing the financial actions of our company
Responsibilities:
Driving the company's financial planning -
Performing risk management by analyzing the organization 's liabilities and
investments -
Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks -
Controlling and evaluating the organization's fundraising plans and capital
structure -
Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports -
Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance
with laws and regulations -
Working well with the CMO, CEO, and COO to develop the strategic plan -
Requirements:
* BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
* Proven experience as CFO
* Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* CPA is a strong advantage
* Fluent Arabic speaking, reading, and writing
* Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing
