We are looking for a service-minded Maintenance Troubleshooter to provide
professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes
people's lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service,
improving equipment safety and performance.
What will you do?
* Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance and safety instructions to ensure safety of end-users and other employees
* Solve complex technical issues that are assigned to him/her
* Perform first visits of new equipment coming from competitors or KONE when requested by sales/supervisor
* Identify any technical issues in equipment under maintenance that could cause call outs or safety hazards and fix the issues
* Provide feedback to any repair or adjustment needs that could reduce call outs and actively communicate with Technical Helpdesk Manager
* Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through proactive and precise on-site communication
* Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers and users present on site by applying the service mindset
Are you the one?
* ‎10+ years of experience in Elevators & Escalators industry in a similar role
* Very good communication skills and willingness to learn
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
