We are looking for a service-minded Maintenance Troubleshooter to provide
professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers in
Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes
people's lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service,
improving equipment safety and performance.
What will you do?

Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations
according to maintenance and safety instructions to ensure safety of end-users
and other employees.
* Solve complex technical issues that are assigned to him.
* Perform first visits of new equipment coming from competitors or KONE when requested by sales/supervisor.
* Identify any technical issues in equipment under maintenance that could cause call outs or safety hazards and fix the issues.
* Provide feedback to any repair or adjustment needs that could reduce call outs and actively communicate with Technical Helpdesk Manager.
* Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through proactive and precise on-site communication.
* Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers and users present on site by applying the service mindset.
Are you the one?
* 10+ years of experience in Elevators & Escalators industry in a similar role.
* Very good communication skills and willingness to learn.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
