Our newest opportunity is for a talented CAD Operator to join our award-
winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;

Developing and prepare drawings in CAD format from preliminary concepts and
sketches.
* Preparing detailed drawings, in CAD format, of proposed facilities and infrastructures, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
* Producing complete and accurate record drawings.
* Producing drawings for land development projects.
* Working as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional architects/ engineers and other CAD technicians.
* Utilizing customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve AutoCAD productivity and efficiency and to comply with the company CAD standards.
* Promoting the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
* Performing all other assigned related duties.
* Proficienct in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop.
* Excellent technical aptitude.
* Ability to work in a team environment, high energy, fast-paced, detailed-oriented, professional approach with a positive, can do attitude.
* Autodesk AutoCAD: Certified Professional
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career
journey to date will include a minimum 5 years' experience within the GCC,
Architectural Diploma or relevent degree and be an Autodesk/ AutoCAD certified
proffesional.
