Your Responsibilities
* Locate, execute, and deliver possibilities for business process improvement and support ensuing change management efforts.
* Locate opportunities and provide clients with a big improvement.
* Drive partnership development, for instance, by coordinating stakeholder relations and identifying cooperation prospects among local financial institutions.
* Encourage the senior leadership team to deliver business plans that are in line with the organization's goals and strategy.
* Examine departmental structures and develop plans that best meet strategic objectives.

Your Qualifications
* Six or more years of professional experience with a reputable management consulting or implementation firm
* Preferred financial institution experience
* Experience with large-scale digital transformation and process improvement is preferred.
