post is for you! We are looking for a hero to go above & beyond in keeping
Marn's customers at their happiest. You will be the advisor in listening to
your customers, the counselor in asking on-point questions, the problem solver
for all their problems, and above all the happiness driver. To broadcast
happiness you first must be happy and present. Hence, you will be reachable by
Marn's customers on whatever communication channel they desire. From chatting,
calling, video calling, emailing, to an office visit.
Marn is a technology company that provides POS for F&B, Retail, Entertainment,
and Services sectors. Today we have thousands of active customers that are
growing on a weekly basis. Those customers need your support to keep their
businesses thriving by harnessing most of Marn's products & services. This
leaves you as the frontline of Marn's reputation. Your work in maintaining the
happiness of Marn's customers will directly impact the company's market
position. Hence, its future. While so, you will be learning crucial skills to

About Marn:
Marn is a technology startup established in ‎2017. It was acquired by Jahez
recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) software (AKA cloud cashier
system) integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for
businesses in F &B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively
in the past two years and continues accelerating its customer base's growth.
