Reporting Manager Develops, manages, and/or executes all phases of the project
controls effort (planning/scheduling and cost analysis). Computer literacy in
Company standard software is required in many assignments.
" What You'll Be Doing"
* Supports the development and implementation of the project reports as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
* Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
* Provides guidance and support to the reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
* Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).
* Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.
* Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.
* Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
* Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
* Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.
* Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
* Responsible for Periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annual …etc.), KPI reports
* Analyze projects status and prepares reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues facing the project and suitable solutions.
* Assists in prioritizing projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
* Assist in the preparation and review of the requested budget for future projects.
* Periodic evaluation for the contractors, consultants, and projects management staff.
* Prepare projects progress to follow up the dashboard and update it as requested
" What Required Skills You'll Bring"
* Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field and at least ‎15 years of related experience in controls or reporting of major capital works
* He shall have excellent report writing skills as well as excellent presentations

* Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
* Good written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
* Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
* Sound understanding and appreciation of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
* Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
