The opportunity
Project: A large client in KSA who are developing various high-end communities
throughout the Kingdom. Mace is working with the client to establish the EPMO
to enable them to deliver industry-leading practice in regard to processes,
procedures and operational assurance.
The project reporting manager works hand in glove with the programme director
and wider team to develop client-facing project documents, report and
presentations.
You have a business-professional creative flair with the ability to interpret
subject matter and the talent to create reports and presentations which convey
visually concepts and representations in both an impactful and clear manner.
As well as having high-level visual and reporting communication skill, will be
a team player who will be prepared to engage in general project support.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that the aesthetics of documents prepared for delivery to the client are as strong visually as they are from a content perspective.
* Managing and reporting of the programme across the various workstreams and sectors.
* Overseeing the completion of programme milestones leveraging tools/automation and best practices.
* Reviewing and consolidate various status reports with the ability to effectively communicate and document key messages.
* Preparing of standard executive management reports and presentations.
* Identifying of trends and providing timely feedback to sectors.
* Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
* Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
* Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
* Assessing the change impact. Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders. Completing change management assessments.
* Identifying and preparing risk mitigation tactics. Identifying and managing anticipated resistance. Managing the change portfolio.
About you
You have a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. Expertise in using
Microsoft Office, including creating themes, styles and templates and adept to
transforming business-related slides into impactful visual aids to improve the
content of presentation material. Adept at PDF manipulation to aggregate
disparate documents. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to understand
complex business-related facets and generate creative visual aids to support
their presentation and communication. You have strong administrative and
general management skills.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead
strong, motivated teams. You will have a facilities management background and
be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
