Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring
more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition,


The Network Infrastructure (NI) MEA Regional Business Center has an opening
for a Project Manager Support (PMS). As part of Saudi Enterprise delivery
team, you will be part of a supportive, high performance PM team working
collaboratively to drive growth. You will be responsible for supporting the
projects via a variety of activities including:



  • Ensuring project documents and records are created, controlled, approved and distributed in line with corporate policy, and project communication plan

  • Participating in the cost management of the project. Ensuring that invoicing and revenue milestones are tracked, and invoices promptly raised.

  • Tracking third party and subcontractor performance. Provides input to the supplier evaluation process.

  • Contract Administration functions such as customer purchase order reconciliation and follow-up, Risk Orders processing and tracking, product status, site status, and customer acceptance

  • Supports users in managing PM tools

As part of our team, you will:



  • Collaborate with project managers, PMO, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Engineering, Legal, Supply Chain and Logistics to support customer projects


Your skills and experience


You have:
* At least ‎5 years' experience in supporting and assisting projects teams
* Familiar with building executive reports and providing updates on the program internally and externally
* Solid verbal and written communication and organization skills
* Mastering Microsoft Office Tools


It would be nice if you also had:


Good understanding of Nokia processes and tools like ERP, procurement tools
