Job Description:
Has a good knowledge of at least one of the Service desk, incident management,
and Request Management.
Has three years of experience as an IT application support Analyst or
equivalent software support area.
Has a minimum of three years of experience in the software industry.
Good all-round understanding of Google apps suite
Strong customer service skills
Experience working in 1st and 2nd line support for Desktop or user-facing
services would be useful
Good communicator and problem solver
Basic understanding of DB and DB technology
Understand smartphone technology.
ITIL 4 Foundation certificate is preferred.
Requirements
3 years ' experience in the software industry.
