About the Role:
The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for the development and
delivery of education, training and awareness programs across Almarai business
divisions and subsidiaries in accordance with best practices.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration , Human Resources, p sychology or
any related filed.
Saudi National.
Proficient in English communication language (verbal and written).
2 years of experience in Training.
COMPETENCIES:
Demonstrates a strong professional & personal impact.
Understands Corporate Governance in business.
Structured thought process and approach to delivery.
Good analytical skills.
Good technical knowledge and understanding in a corporate environment.
