The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design
with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with
behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department

* Creates final design assets such as social posts, online ads, etc.
* Pitches creative ideas.
* Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements.
* Works with agency to produce final design.
* Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand for client Ideate, conceptualize and create brand identities and visual design systems.
* Provide other designers and strategists with project support when needed.
* Take design briefs through to completion and deliver several of them at one time.
* Work with other designers, writers and strategists to come up with ideas that help create clear defendable territory for the clients' brand.
Job Requirements:
* Relevant experience with strong brand design experience, a creative point of view, and a desire to innovate using different software.
* Knowledge of Google Suite of products and Figma, Zeplin or similar.
* Experience working with typographers, photographers and illustrators.
* Experience working within a collaborative design team.
* Experience taking projects from concept to completion.
