performing Operational Excellence Program, TPM, LEAN, Six Sigma. Supports
clients to have efficient value chain through Value streams the processes
products or services, lead systematic improvements in operation toward
creating efficient value streams.
The candidate must have deep consciousness about operation losses, he must be
an influencer, and collaborative leader who demonstrates the ability to
confidently lead the implementation of OPEX programs with solutions to deliver
targeted results in different businesses.
The Candidate works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a lot
of pressure. The job requires excellent communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills. He must be able to work independently and be self-
motivated. The job also requires the ability to work in a team environment and
to lead and motivate others. He must be able to handle multiple tasks and
projects simultaneously and be able to adapt to change. The job requires
travelling to different worldwide client sites.
