JOB SUMMARY:*
* The OE Specialist will support the deployment Operational excellence system, as well as provide coaching and training in the OE standards ( lean & Six Sigma) across the site to help maintain the continuous improvement mindset.
* As part of the OE team, will focus on supporting the site's top priorities and issues and helping to come up with resolutions.
* Working with Key stakeholders, cross-functionally as well as front-line staff to identify improvement initiatives, projects, ideas or use cases.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Site OE Specialist role exists to deploy and embed the OE into Site to
deliver the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance (Quality,
Safety, Service and Cost).
* Supporting the site teams in OE systems; making sure that OE is being used to develop the capability of all the Site personnel to implement day-to-day continuous improvement activities.
* Responsible for Cycle time measurement, validation, and bottleneck analysis in operational areas.
* Helping ensure the day-to-day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of key site objectives.
* Coaching / training the Site teams on OE.
* Supporting some of Plant of the Future (PoF) use cases/initiatives deployment.
* Leading and coaching in Zoning & 5S as well as Standard work deployment Kaizens to support GMP.
* Facilitate Investigations & problem-solving for productivity issues with considering error-proofing system ( SOP, SWI, OSW,5S,-etc..) & CAPA.
* Support day-to-day deployment of the OE and performance improvement activities at site. Deliver according to the OE implementation apapproach/roadmap.
* Support site KBIs Process for Tier 1/2/3, working with all site functions to collect & submit monthly performance figures and ensure the appropriate CAPA is in place for any off-track metric.
* Work with line managers to identify and agree on the priorities for OE deployment.
* Support continuous capability development of self and others, developed by the Global CPS OE community.
* Actively role momodelingE skills and behaviors
* Track the progress of the team deployment of OE tools implementation
* Coach Site associates (both staff and operators) to develop sustain continuous improvement mindsets and behaviors as well as change management concepts .
* Provide expert advice on the OE basics to the Site ; based on a in-depth understanding of OE
* Analyze business results and prepare trend charts to help management taking the needed decisions.
* Ability to manage and implement improvement projects.
TRANSFORMATION PART:
* Support Plant of the Future (PoF) use cases/ initiatives deployment.
* Support in dashboards creation/maintenance & APPs maintenance.
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
* Excellent analytical skills.

* Yellow belt Lean Six Sigma certification (preferable)
* Time management, prioritizing, planning and self-direction skills.
* Business, manufacturing and supply chain knowledge.
* Teamwork and coordination skills based on internal customer concept.

* Computer applications and information-systems skills (office, BW).
* Analytical tools (PowerBI , PowerApps, Python, Power automate,-) (preferable)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, or science.
* English & Arabic proficiency, additional language is preferable.
* Min.1-2 years of experience in the same role related/ or any related job in manufacturing, quality fields.
