The opportunity
To support the Mace Operate FM Consultancy team at client offices in Riyadh
KSA by conducting all document control and administrative duties.
The document controller/administrator will undertake a range of duties and
support all document control activities and administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining, filing and tracking all documentation in support of the project deliverables.
* Providing limited oversight to other team members performing documentation control tasks.
* Establishing a structure for document control for deliverables.
* Reviewing and editing new documentation for consistency in content.
* Developing and maintaining a variety of documents for tracking items such as monthly reports, milestone programme, and all other related project documentation.
* Providing support on an ad-hoc basis.
* Creating and maintaining filing systems. Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
* Utilising various software packages to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
* Arranging the facilities team meeting.
About you
You will have a diploma or professional certificate in business
studies/administration management or equivalent qualification. You have
experience working in a multicultural environment is beneficial.
You are digitally savvy and have good knowledge of MS Office software. You
will provide support to strong motivated teams. You will have a facilities
management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the
