Our Client: A leading FMCG company based in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a
Director for their Farming operations in Riyadh
Your Role: The Farm Director would be focused on developing and implementing
the entire financial and operational strategy for the farms. A strong leader
coming with a good technical background. The candidate would be responsible to
Manage & monitor the performance of different functions within the farm. Dairy
experience being very critical, he / she would set up the feed strategy for
the herd in order to ensure productivity and physicochemical quality keeping
up to the international standards. Plan and execute the long term and short
term strategy for these large farms. Incumbent would there by overlooking the
entire P&L.
Must Have: Candidate must have very solid experience in the Dairy industry. An
agronomist Engineer specializing in Animal Production, with minimum 10 years
of experience managing large dairy farms. SAUDI Nationals would be considered
for this role.
