The position is responsible for the following main areas:
* Responsible of maintaining steady site services across the site and providing extended support and troubleshooting for issues outside the scope of vendor
* Support Digital events and Digital Lab for affiliate.
* Effectively communicate and coordinate with local business teams to execute the delivery of IT capabilities by utilizing project management methodologies.
* Act as a IT Quality Analyst ensuring all Lilly Quality processes are followed
Responsibilities:
* Retain overall oversight on IT Operations and Infra related Project delivery for the affiliate
* Project Management - Drive IT Projects acting as Project Manager within affiliate or at area level
* Support Digital event in close partnership with Digital manager drive planning and seamless execution of all virtual event
* Define, replicate/ develop and deploy relevant training agenda for employees for developing technical expertise and confidence
* Responsible for maintaining steady site services across the site and Providing extended support and troubleshooting for issues outside the scope of vendor
* Implementing regional and local infrastructure projects and upgrades
* Maintaining and ensuring smooth operations of server room, LAN & WAN network equipment's
* Supplier manager for local and regional vendors including Vendor callout. contracts and coordination
* Ensures completion of all appropriate Computer Systems Validation (CSV) requirements
* Manages the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all change request (CR) packets
* Implements innovative approaches when integrating new technologies supporting business transformation.
* Anticipates the implication of technical decisions on all parts of the IT portfolio, and influences life-cycle decisions accordingly.

Basic Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's Degree in computer applications with >‎3 years of experience.
* Independent self-starter with strong time management, team coordination and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated Strong ability to independently engage business users in converting their requirements to meaningful solutions.
* Ability to manage assignment independently with little support.
* Excellent communication and coordination with remote customers.
* Passion for quality and excellence of work
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle and own multiple projects though proper planning, testing and outstanding execution
* Excellent administration and organizational skills

Additional Skills/Preferences:
Knowledge of designing videos and graphic outputs will be an added advantage
Other Role Requirements:
* Saudi Nationals only for external candidates (non-Lilly)
* Will require domestic travel, and may require international travel
* May require evening/weekend work
* Must be legally allowed to work in KSA
