Job Description
Our client: A large FMCG company based in Saudi Arabia is looking for a
motivated Head of Marketing to join their team in Riyadh.
Your role: As the Head of Marketing, you will be leading the development and
execution of brand marketing plans. This will involve defining the brand's
strategies, monitoring their performance in the market, and formulating plans
to strengthen their position in the market. You will analyse consumer and
sales data to gain essential insights and guide the marketing plans. Another
responsibility will be to lead Marketing Innovation projects by defining the
five-year Marketing Innovation strategy and following up on the latest
technologies in the field. You will be managing launches and brand operational
activities. Lastly, preparation of accurate reports according to the company
and division standards will fall under your purview.
Must Haves: You should have 7-10 years of experience in marketing in the FMCG
sector. Should have innovation management skills and a proven ability to
translate insights into actions. You must also have strong communication and
influencing skills to deal with multi-functional stakeholders.
