Our highly experienced Technical Support Team provide pre-job planning,
delivery and post-job wellbore intervention support for our extensive range of
technology products and tools for oil & gas industry.
Partner with the best
As the Field Specialist for Completions Wellbore Interventions services, you
will supervise and be accountable for the execution of the operational site
activity and for compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
Whilst promoting Baker Hughes as a leader in the provision of CWI components,
equipment and services.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Installing equipment following technical documentation and using a variety of tools.
* Taking responsibility for AMO preparation / Liner Hanger equipment to required standards in workshop.
* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute best solutions
* Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with well parameters and other equipment used during installation.
* Collecting and input equipment specifications and well parameters into computer programs to generate pre-job and post-job reports.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have bachelor 's degree in engineering or equivalent level of education
* Minimum of ‎6+ years of field experience in cemented and non-cemented liners.
* Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
* Have basic knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations in an offshore environment
* Have the ability to be on ‎24-hour call
* Have effective computer skills with competence in basic Microsoft Office programs suite
