Job summary Fluency in both Arabic (native level) and English is required for
this role. Fluency in Khaleeji Arabic is preferred. Interested in Amazon Alexa

Marketing team in MENA (managing Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates) is
connecting our Alexa customers to the most relevant Alexa features and
functionalities for them. The team is looking for an experienced Marketing
Manager to drive Feature Discovery, Customer Engagement and Customer Lifetime
Value with Alexa through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. This
role provides the opportunity to dive deep into customer segmentation,
advanced targeting, and innovative channel techniques. Also, there is wide
autonomy to brainstorm, launch and test new ideas and programs. This is an
ideal role for a professional who seeks to leverage their expertise in a
large-scale environment that provides ample room for experimentation, testing
and innovation. The role gives broad exposure to Product, Business
Development, Tech and BI teams Key job responsibilities • Owning multi-channel
campaigns end-to-end from planning, set-up, tracking and reporting. Dive deep
into channels such as Email, Push, onsite content, Social and others. •
Collaborate with the Analytics teams to develop new segmentation frameworks
and dynamic content recommendation for our customers. • Act as point of
contact for the multi-functional Alexa team for Alexa customer engagement. •
Provide Business Analysis to identify device and customer cohort specific
behavioral trends. Documentation of those trends and recommendation of
regional Action plans. • Collaborate with the Region's (Saudi Arabia and
United Arab Emirates) and intl Product teams to develop launch plans for new
feature launches, provide data-based feedback on existing features and input
into roadmap planning. • Report results, business trends and recommended
Action plans to Snr Leadership. About the team Our ambition is to provide an
