MAIN PURPOSE
The CRM Project Coordinator will support the CRM Manager in driving client
acquisition, loyalty and satisfaction. He/she will maintain the Client
database and coordinate the day-to- day running of Client loyalty programs.
He/she will be responsible for the deployment and measurement of online and
offline campaigns.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Projects



  • Coordinate loyalty programs in line with Cartier ME Client Relations & Services team.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for the different CRM actions in KSA boutiques.

  • In charge of MyClients access and support for the Boutiques.


Maintenance of Customer Database
* Support CRM Manager in monitoring Clienteling programs through Salesforce tools.
* Regularly update customers' records (contact, title, contact preferences…).
* Upload external files (e.g. list of prospects).
* Regularly monitor accuracy of data and standardize data fields.
* Identify duplicates in our Customer Database and merge profiles.
* Periodically communicate importance of accurate data capture to Boutiques.


In-boutique animations
* Support CRM Manager and work with Boutiques to execute "in-boutique" activations and moments to drive clients to Boutiques.


Direct Marketing campaigns
* Generate customers target lists according to criteria defined by the CRM Manager.
* Update the targeted records in the database with the relevant actions to enable campaign measurement.
* Measure campaign results (ROI), response rate, boutique visits, conversions…


Data reporting and analysis
* Support the CRM Manager in carrying out data extraction requests for boutiques, Marketing, Retail or PR departments based on multiple criteria.
* Maintain extraction log of all requests.
* Support the CRM Manager in producing monthly reports and other ad-hoc reports.
* Prepare customer analysis at the request of Management, Marketing, Boutiques…


Gifting and other Client Tools
* Help CRM Manager to ensure a consistent implementation at Boutique and Sales Associate level.
* Develop a Client treatment toolbox with Cartier guidelines for retail team to utilize for client treatments.
* Manage the inventory of client tools (contact cards, greeting cards, books, gifts, invitations, catalogue etc.) and follow up with Boutiques for order.


JOB PROFILE
Educational background:
* University degree (ideally related to Statistics or Business Analysis).


Required experience:
* Proven experience in Database management, information systems, analytical and reporting tools.
* Proven experience in managing suppliers and working on agency briefs
* Understanding of hospitality and has a strong eye for details
* Retail or Retail Banking experience is a plus.

* Excellent analytical skills.
* Organizational skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Autonomous and pro-active with a "get-it-done" results-driven attitude.
* Proficiency in English and Arabic.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
