business line.

Role Purpose

We are looking for Project Manager responsible for design and delivery of
luxury hotel / hospitality assets on a major program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What this job involves
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager as part of a team undertaking day to day
delivery of hotel projects.
Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to
suit the specific requirements of the project.
Fully manage and handle local government approvals process.
Administer complex building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the
compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing
tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client
reporting.
Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and
environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage,
while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor’s design is done in
compliance with the contract.
Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the
contract.

Bachelor or Masters degree qualification in construction / engineering /
architecture is preferred.
Luxury / ‎5* Hotel / Hospitality project experience required.
Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience required.
Middle East working experience preferred.
Professional Memberships such as CIOB / APM / PMI / PMP are preferred.
‎8+ years’ experience in construction required.
Business fluent proficiency in English required.
International safety qualification such as IOSH / NEBOSH is an advantage.
Candidates with transferable Iqama preferred.
