Key Responsibilities:
* Account and contract management
* Build and maintain relationships with both existing and future clients through regular communication
* Identify service issues for assigned contracts at the earliest opportunity and review, communicate, and implement solutions
* Develop excellent knowledge of each client's accreditation program and contract deliverables, and measure performance against the contract and relevant key performance indicators
* Complete internal and external reporting duties on time for assigned contracts
* Develop and maintain a good technical knowledge of Pearson VUE products and services
* Contribute to the knowledge pool among Pearson VUE client-facing staff
* Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and prospects
* Respond to external clients, prospects, and partners in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of new business opportunities in the Pearson VUE CRM system and provide prospect updates during team calls and meetings as appropriate
* Work closely with Operations and other staff as required to drive the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs and tenders, taking overall responsibility for the quality of the response and personal ownership of key sales themes, solution design and description, internal and external partner selection and involvement, and all commercial and pricing-related matters
* Develop a good level of business understanding in the assigned target market sector(s)
* Participate in demand-generation activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and direct marketing as required
* Regularly communicate the progress of individual deals and provide a monthly report to the team
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in contract management, including managing the performance of complex agreements, reviewing party responsibilities and obligations, and managing contract changes
* Solid experience & knowledge of the Saudi market
* Bachelor's degree or higher education level
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
* An independent self-starter able to work in a virtual team, ask for direction when required, and take direction when given
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and international teams
* Experience in the sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closing
* Flexibility to work on a non-9-to-5 schedule
* Comfortable discussing and presenting technology-oriented solutions
* Comfortable presenting and interacting with senior management at potential clients
