Job Title: SHE Officer (Riyadh and Dammam sites)
Scope: In pertaining to policy development, safety inspections, safety
training and compliance with Unilever Standards
Location: Riyadh

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
‎1.Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations in
Office and Warehouses.
‎2.Creating analytical reports of safety data.
‎3.Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training
sessions.
‎4.Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing
infrastructure and business processes.
‎5.Meeting company health and safety goals.
‎6.Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job
site and Warehouses
‎7.Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety
rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance
‎8.Conduct safety and environmental audit for office and our external
warehouses
‎9.Develop, implement, and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies
‎10. Conducting Emergency evacuation drills for office and warehouse
‎11. Creating plan for Emergency Response team for Office and Warehouse
‎12. Conducting Safety Training for Employees
‎13. Safe Travel Program implementation to all Sales Team including any new
project aim improvement of the safe travel program to prevent accidents in
business trips.
‎14. Warehouse Audits in Dammam and Riyadh and handling any safety projects
aim to reduce Near miss / accidents inside WH.
‎15. Providing training for 3rd Party
‎16. managing and handling Merchandiser Safety Program for all merchandising
working for Unilever.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
* Minimum ‎2 years' experience in WH auditing, safety risk assessment and safety management in the workplace.
* Having Safety certifications in NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO ‎45001, or ISO ‎9001.
* Majored in safety management or similar major in engineering.
Skills
* Excellent level using word, Excel, and PPT program.
* Good in overall computer program for digitalization and video creating.
* Writing skills in both Arabic and English languages.
* Good communication skills.
* Leadership skills.
* Thinking analysis for better decision skills.
* Stress management and work ethics skills.
