Job Title: SHE Officer
Location: Riyadh KSA
Main purpose of the role
In pertaining to policy development, safety inspections, safety training and
compliance with Unilever Standards.
Main Accountabilites
1. Creating a Safety Culture in the organisation.
2.Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations in
Office and Warehouses.
3.Creating analytical reports of safety data.
4.Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training
sessions.
5.Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing
infrastructure and business processes.
6.Meeting company health and safety goals.
7.Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job
site and Warehouses.
8.Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety
rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance.
9.Conduct safety and environmental audit for office and our external
warehouses.
10.Develop, implement and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies.
11. Conducting EMergency evacation drills for office and warehoues.
12. Creating plan for Emergency Response team for Office and Warehouse.
13. Conducting Safety Training for Employees.
14. Safe Travel Program implementation to all Sales Team.
15. Warehouse Audits in Dammam and Riyadh.
16. Providing training for 3rd Party.
17. Merchanidser Safety Program.
