Role Purpose
Customer Service Associate communicates with customers and associates through
different communications channels. The customer service associate supports
existing customers and establish a new customers’ portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist and thank
customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner.
Address customer issues/complaints and resolve to full satisfaction of
customer immediately, within TM guidelines while maintaining composure and
professionalism; appropriately escalate issues to management with a positive
attitude.
Maintain knowledge of front end operations and stay current on changes in
policies and procedures in order to preserve and proactively support
department service levels and accountability.
Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards; report faulty
equipment and hazards to management.
Follow up on customers’ inquiries/complaints to enhance business performance
and increase customer satisfaction and retention rate
Identify with the customers their products/services needed and refer their
requests to the concerned parties
Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive measures when needed
Assist in the implementation of E-commerce and handle all customers’ related
issues
Maintain an updated knowledge of the TM's products, services, and customer
service policies
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
2+ years of experience
