Responsibilities:
* Product sensory evaluations
* Monitor product quality per company and customer specifications.
* HACCP point monitoring, recording and reporting
* Monitoring and Assurance of Food Safety Programs:
* GMPs and company policies.
* Sanitizer concentration
* Performing basic laboratory testing as needed
* Maintaining and inventorying laboratory equipment and supplies.
* Monitor and report Plant Food Safety, Quality deviations to Quality Management
* Assure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Quality Assurance Technicians are the food safety representative, fostering a positive work environment ensuring that Policies of the Company and the Company's Code of Conduct are respected and communicated.
