Role Summary: Qureos is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to
oversee all financial operations, prepare budget reports, monitor revenue and
expenses, conduct risk assessments, and manage the company's financial status.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent financial
reporting and budgeting skills, proficient in risk management and ERP systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. CPA or CMA is a
plus.
Qualification Summary: Proven experience in financial management and
reporting (3-5 years). Strong strategic planning and risk management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Prepare budget reports and monitor revenue and expenses.
* Conduct risk assessments and manage company's financial status.
* Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Provide financial and tax advice to senior management.
* Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision making.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
Skills Required: Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic
planning, risk management, knowledge of ERP systems, cash flow management,
financial analysis, proficiency in MS Excel.
Nice to Have: CPA or CMA certification.
