We are looking to hire a Finance operations analyst in the Finance department
who has extensive experience handling finance operations in a health insurance
company in Saudi Arabia. This position will report to the CFO
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with banks and troubleshoot for all matters that may arise in banking
operations including but not limited to investigating missing deposits and
payments.
Setting up the VAT ledger for compliance with ZATCA regulations, calculating
VAT and filing returns to ZATCA, following up on queries raised by ZATCA.
Must have expert knowledge of VAT regulations to answer queries during annual
audit performed by ZATCA.
Filing monthly and quarterly reports to SAMA and following up on queries
received from SAMA.
Setting up the system and processes for phase 1 and phase 2 implementation of
e-invoicing.
Assist in the preparation and filing of Income tax returns.
Credit Control for client receivables. Preparation of broker statement of
accounts and settling amounts to brokers.
Key Skill and Knowledge
Must have insurance industry experience in the Finance function.
Expert knowledge of VAT regulations for insurance companies.
Extensive experience in filing VAT returns and setting up the VAT register.
Experience in responding to queries raised by ZATCA on the VAT returns and in
answering queries at the time of audit by ZATCA.
Expert knowledge of Income tax regulations in KSA, submitting Income tax
returns and answering queries raised by ZATCA.
Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing Prudential returns to SAMA in
English and Arabic on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Working knowledge of accounting processes in an insurance company preferably
in Health insurance.
