Thales people architect solutions that support 85 million mainline and

kms of route, 52,000 trains per day in 16 countries are controlled by our
Traffic Management Systems. Together We deployed the first-ever nationwide
ticketing system which processes over 50 million ticketing transactions in 100

We have been present in Saudi Arabia for 40 years and with over 600 employees
to date, we are growing rapidly. Together we are delivering our signalling,
control and train protection systems for the North -South Railway (NSR), the
longest system of it's kind in the world. Together we are key suppliers of In-
flight entertainment and connectivity systems as well as air traffic
management solutions in Saudi. We are making Saudi Arabia a safer place by
securing the country's critical infrastructure and e-security solutions that
secure the country's electronic payment systems. Thales has been selected to
supply major electronic systems for air defence and the Group also supplied
communication and optronic systems for the Army, the Saudi Arabia National
Guards and the Air Force.
Job Purpose:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support across a broad
range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations,
compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and
development. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team and
will work closely with managers and employees to ensure the smooth and
effective operation of HR processes and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
* Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating new hire training.
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Administer compensation and benefits programs, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and managing employee benefits enrollment.
* Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance review tracking.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Provide support for HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
* Fluent English mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
This position is typically office-based and requires the ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Some travel may be required for training
and other business needs. The HR Generalist may be required to work outside of
regular business hours to attend meetings and events.
