We are excited to announce that we are seeking expressions of interest from
qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the Market Director -
Cities & Places role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for driving growth with our key and core Cities &
Places Clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East whilst working in
partnership with our wider sales and operations team. This involves
identifying and developing relationships with core and growth clients and
fostering, developing, and maintaining relationships across a portfolio of
existing key clients. There is specific responsibility for developing Client
plans, identifying new opportunities to fill our pipeline, and developing
pursuit & win strategies for those opportunities.
Here 's What You'll Need:

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven individual who will
promote a culture of inclusion and strive to provide strategic and solution-
driven support to the Growth and Sales Team in Saudi and the wider Middle
East. You will have knowledge of the Saudi and ME Cities & Places Markets, the
ability to connect strategy with actionable tactics, and the ability to
influence operational teams to get traction on roadmaps.
You will report to the Vice President of Growth & Sales and act as a key
partner to the broader operational business and multiple operational
performance units. You will be expected to engage with our Market Solutions
leaders in pathways for innovation and market-led, client-facing activities.
This role must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The key attributes of a successful candidate will be as follows:
* Knowledge of the Saudi Cities and places market preferred
* Indicatively, ‎15 years of relevant experience, including Consultancy, Sales, and/or Operations with a technical background in Architecture or Buildings
* Experience working, managing, and influencing in a matrix organisation across different locations, cultures, functions, and business lines
* The ability to enhance client relationships through exceptional communication and active listening skills
* Develop trust and credibility with clients by engaging in business discussions to formulate winning and portfolio diversification solutions
* An inclusive leader who can build positive relationships both internally and externally
* Business and commercial acumen
