MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of the training calendar and Driving Man hours as per budgets
Identification of training needs in consultation with Retail Leaders
Conducting of Soft Skills programs on Communication, Service Etiquettes,
negotiating skills, and role based programs as required on the business needs
Coordination with other department for the technical training
Conducting Induction and orientation training for the new joinees
Ensure training and development facilities are current, effective and meet the
needs of the training or development session
Measuring Training Effectiveness
Maintenance of all the documents related to training
Conducting Employee Satisfaction survey on yearly basis
Engagement and Learning Initiatives
Academic : Training Certifications
Experience : 2 years in developing and conducting training programs in
process, product and customer service and driving Career and Business impact
