The Role
* Dealing with customers • Maximizing sales by promoting the highest standards of customer care. • Provide an excellent level of service to Pan emirates customers at all times, ensuring that customer service always takes priority over tasks. • Ensure that customers are acknowledged and welcomed into the showroom/section. • Ensure that customers are approached, and their needs established. • Use effective questioning techniques and listening skills to make the most effective product recommendations. • Ensure the highest standards of merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained in store at all times. • Ensure that sections are cleaned weekly and dusted each morning and that the shelves in the section under your care (and any other sections) are filled and correctly priced. • Ensure the following in regard to stock: - Correct rotation of stock on the shelves and thorough approach to maintaining - Adequate stock on shelves and correct signage is displayed. - An organized & time efficient approach to processing in coming & out going stock.’ - Accurate stock ordering to maximize sales.
