Our transformation services group is a diverse team of experts that support
our clients to tackle their biggest strategic challenges, providing
transformational and sustainable value. We create customer-centric strategy
and deliver transformation solutions across the infrastructure industry and
emerging markets. We support our clients on setting their vision and strategy
for infrastructure delivery. The work we do includes change roadmaps and
support, target operating models and organisation structures, organisational
capability mapping, process optimisation, benefits management realisation,
people-centric PMO to support infrastructure delivery, options analysis for
delivery models and innovation strategy and design.
About the opportunity:
We are seeking a role for the Director of Transformation to enhance our
service offering in these capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be
responsible for establishing the transformation team and setup a suite of
service offerings within this space. You will develop deep trust-based
relationships with our clients and build and manage a pipeline of
opportunities in major accounts. As a leader in the business, you will help
set the strategy and plan for our group, driving forward the business,
modelling our values and behaviors.
As a Director of Transformation within our Strategic Consulting group, your
responsibilities will include:
* Establish and grow a high performing transformation team that operates across multiple sectors
* Lead on project delivery (or a workstream within a larger programme of work) with accountability for project performance and management of the project team, scope and budget
* Lead on the development and delivery of high impact presentations to clients up to C-suite and board level, or conferences, industry working groups or professional bodies
* Manage client stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in to an agreed solution
* Contribute to continued growth by identifying, developing and leading business development opportunities including bids, proposals, capability development
* Build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and developing a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities
* Lead on establishing a corporate relationship with external partners overseeing the commercial agreements and future collaborations.
* Lead department improvement initiatives and internal operations such as resource management, talent growth planning and knowledge management
* Acting as a subject matter expert in business transformation, leveraging your knowledge and experience to share services for clients
* Possess a strong interest for developing, growing and leading a team through advanced coaching and mentoring.
* Manage teams of professionals, including subject matter experts, consultants, and tech partners, to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital transformation, including cloud, cyber security, robotic process automation, IoT, and digital innovation.
* Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies.
Here 's What You'll Need:

. You will need to have:
* Ideally ‎15 years' experience in a relevant industry/consulting role
* Experience in the Middle East is essential ( Please note, the role requires you to be based in Riyadh ‎85% of your time )
* Proven experience in a Consulting environment working closely with public sector clients
* Extensive experience of business development, including developing client relationships, strategy, resourcing, solution development, commercial negotiations and delivery
* Consultancy experience in infrastructure or industrial sectors such as energy, rail, highways, water & environment, climate response, aviation, defence, nuclear
* Significant experience leading teams (at least ‎6 people) on projects and workstreams on one or more of the following areas: Programme delivery models, transformation programmes, change management, strategy and vision, operating models, organisation design, PMO
* Knowledge and application of industry frameworks on programme delivery and transformation
* Degree in Business Studies, Business administration, Engineering, Sciences or in a relevant major with a preference for a Masters
* Fluent in English (verbal and written), Arabic (verbal and written) would be an added advantage
