Summary of the job:


The main task of a Sales Manager in Depuy synthes trauma, CMF & PT (
Craniomaxillofacial and power tool) is to deliver sales and financial
objectives for western and south region, people management, responsible for
leading sales, marketing and promotion activities, following business policies
and guidelines.


Duties & Responsibilities


Sales/Specialty Management
* Owns the sales target for the assigned region and business unit.
* Manages daily sales activities of dedicated TMs and STMs.
* Ensures technology penetration
* Works with Sales Reps to define potential of accounts and territories, using a territory planning approach such as Integrated Selling Process and effectively utilizes Oneforce CRM tool.


People Management



  • You will managing a team of ‎6 direct report

  • Selects new reps and creates a winning team that can accelerate growth of the business.

  • Helps reps to create their projects for growth and maintenance for the year.

  • Utilizes all parts of the of First-Line Sales Management to manage his team, develop his talent and develop his business.

  • Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of the sales team.

  • Drives diversity mindset within the team Stakeholder Management

  • Implements selling strategies, sales processes and pricing models as directed by marketing team.

  • Communicates and tracks short and long range sales and marketing plans with Business Manager.

  • Researches new markets and applications for volume/profit growth, communicates with manager.

  • Maintains close partnering relationships with KOL

  • Aligned all actions & behaviors to be in line with J&J CREDO


Qualifications

Experience Required



  • Education: University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background is preferred

  • Experience; Minimum ‎8 years of experience with minimum ‎3 years orthopedic management is a must

  • Minimum ‎3 years of Leadership and managerial experience is a must

  • Advantages: MPA

  • Language: Arabic and English
