Candidate should know:
* High-level vehicle structure, technical characteristics, design
features, purpose, and rules for the operation of vehicles
* High-level organization and technology of car repair and
maintenance
* High-level technical requirements for vehicles
* Fundamentals of transport and labor legislation in KSA
* Established forms of accounting and reporting in KSA
* Excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair
* Experienced MS Office and FMS, CRM systems operations

Responsibilities:
* Provides control over the completeness and correctness of entering
information on fleet operations
* Conducts briefings with the fleet team on the systems working
processes. Develops instructions
* Carries out accounting and entering data on new vehicles and
decommissioned vehicles
* Oversees repairs and maintenance documents. Supporting payment
process from the Fleet department. Controlling on-time payments
* Conducts regular reconciliations of mutual settlements with
suppliers
* Fuel, spare parts internal reporting, fuel cards accounting, and fuel
suppliers & communications
* Contract management, keeping contracts up-to-date and balances
on accounts with suppliers
* Provides control over the accounting of spare parts, materials, and
assemblies
* Develops new reports together with the analytics department
* Participates in the calculation of the bonus part of the salary of
mechanics, drivers, and supervisors
* Respond in a timely manner to the requests of the manager in the
direction of professional activity, and provide the required
information in full, in the proper form, and within the established
time limits
* Set effective teamwork and develop the team continuously
Key performance indicators:
* All data in the systems is correct and on time
* All reports are correct and on time
* Fleet cost-saving initiatives suggested and accomplished
* Tasks for the pre-launch period, for instance:
* Purchase the vehicles (45 in 2023 in total)
* Develop BRD for fleet ERP system
* Inspect and commissioning new cars into the system
* Ensure the branding of the new vehicle
