Marketing Executive

We are currently recruiting for a career driven Marketing Executive to be
based out of Riyadh or Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
* Assists the campaign team in maintaining and implementing the campaign calendar, key activity and administrative tasks for all matters related to campaign planning
* Work closely with the eCom, CRM, digital performance, influencers, retail teams and commercial teams to ensure the execution of the ‎360 campaigns & always on tactical support for retail
* Alignment with the retail marketing team against seasonal priorities and execution
* Applying for retail permits per country, per campaign and managing the process end to end. Providing recommendations on process improvements and documenting processes in order to improve efficiencies
* Support the campaign lead with the in mall relationships ensuring all marketing for store launches are in place not limited to social, in mall navigation and mall brand activations
* Recap delivery and KPI delivery of all activations / executions
* Ensuring the web portal (CMS) for our store locator is up to date, ensuring all information is correct and reflecting business requirements. Updating and amending content as and when needed
* Organize, attend events, store launches in line with business needs
* Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Requirements
* Minimum of ‎2 years of relevant experience in marketing/activations ideally with a retail environment
* Must be proactive and be able to execute activations in-store across KSA
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
* Must have excellent communications skills - English and Arabic
