Job details

- Meets patients and establish new file.
- Customer Service and schedule appointments.
- Create package and offers for seasonal events of clinic service.
- Well knowing of the clinic services and attract customers by explaining all
goods.
- Taking care of customers complains try to solve them and meet customers’
expectations and be reported and documented.
- Conduct daily receipts and bills submitted to the Accountant.
- Managing the reception staff and evaluate daily.
- Managing the cleaning staff and maintain clinic clean and well organize.
- Daily check for clinic needs and check requirements of services.
- Daily communication and report with Nurses and head Nurse to be aligned and
report to HR department and submit evaluation.
- Dealing with Social media platforms of the clinic posts and activates
