- Develop, implement, document and review quality control systems and
procedures
- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with national
and international standards (Joint Commission International (JCI))
- Develop and implement corrective action plans
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality
standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met
