equipment, data analytics, closed-loop controls and services. Our equipment
group business is supplying components for applications in various markets.
The range of products includes burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, boiler
burners and vapor recovery systems for John Zink Hamworthy Combustion entity,
packing, demister, trays, tower internals for our Koch-Glitsch entity and heat
exchanger for our Koch Heat Transfer entity.

We are looking for a Government Relations Officer to join the team in our new
facility in Dammam 2nd Industrial area. The successful candidate would be
motivated to contribute to the long-term success of the business, demonstrates
Integrity and be keen on details, and be able to embrace change and adapt
quickly.
The Government Relations Officer shall understand the different businesses and
play the role of the success partner with the different company businesses,
proactive to provide support, and professional in all general administrative
functions.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Be the first focal point for site employees.

Provide supportive admin services to the site construction or service business lines.

Plan, schedule and arrange the required documents/ gate pass for site business travel.

Visit the government authorities if needed.

Manage the site mobilization tasks and other duties related to immigration.

Requirements:

Success in a similar role in a complex international environment.

Demonstrated capability to handle multitasking while focusing on results.

Excellent written and verbal communication both Arabic and English.

Demonstrative capabilities to be effective in the role and additive to the team.

Knowledge of computer applications and planning skills.

Able to collaborates well with others.

Confident to travel ‎70% of the time within KSA or GCC

Strong relationship building skills and a thirst to learn about the business and the company 's culture.

Ability to work in flexible work schedule
