Operation Manager-Jubail

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role Operation
Manager based in KSA- Jubail.

Objective :

To take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing
a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the
organization and the customer(s).

General Responsibilities:
*
Analyze and understand health and safety related risks for our associates,
take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized
plan.
*
Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a
Safety-First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and
improving the Safety Standards
*
Review Monthly Resource Planning comparing real vs. forecast of volumes,
volume profile and resources assigned
*
Enable the OMS FC KPI Tree by setting SMART targets to each indicator and
reports structure
*
Ensure the OMS FC KPI Tree's expected structure of reports is in place,
aligning with operational and staff areas that deals with reporting
*
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company 's policies and
vision.
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
*
Track operation's performance, understand deviations with Second Level of
management and support them with necessary resources.
*
Identify and propose opportunities to grow the business with existing
customers.
*
Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation
matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong
engagement.
*
Communicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (Second level of
Management), align the expected frequency for tracking them, how the results
are calculated and on which report they can find the results - including
communication to new leaders on your team as part of the onboarding process.

Qualification :
*
Bachelor's degree in supply chain Management, Materials Management, Economics,
Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business
Administration, Purchasing and Logistics Management or equivalent.
*
A master's degree in any of the above fields is preferred backed up with
strong professional experience. (Preferable)
*
‎10+ years of experience in Supply chain Management, materials management,
procurement, forecasting or planning, with at least ‎5 years of leadership
experience

Knowledge & Skills:
*
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
*
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
*
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
*
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
*
Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
*
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
*
Excellent communication skills.
*
Ability to lead change processes
*
Experience in managing P&L
*
Communication and presentation skills
