Job details

The Operations Administrator is responsible for all administration required to
ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Project Office located in Tabuk,
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Support the Project Office Manager for all administration required for the smooth day to day operation of the Tabuk Project Office,

  • Coordinating procurement & logistic for office and project requirements,

  • Petty cash custodian and administration,

  • Maintain well organized filling and document control of office records, documents and reports,

  • Inventory administration and control,

  • Handle government relations with local authorities for any regulatory compliance and for any service requirements, and

  • Ensure that Fugro's HSSE Management System Standard are understood, implemented and adhered by all employees.


Qualifications / Skills / Experience required:



  • Good command of Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken,

  • Possess car driver license,

  • Minimum ‎2 year experience in a similar role,

  • Able to effectively manage time through careful planning and organization of work activities and aptitude for identifying and resolving problems efficiently,

  • Track record of meeting deadlines and producing accurate work,

  • Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills,

  • The capacity to learn and apply new information quickly and accurately, and

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
