SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing and follow up
maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient
operations and quality.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule maintenance activities in coordination with maintenance team
through the database system to maintain optimum utilization of plant
efficiency.
Schedule, manage mechanical activities and assist team in electro-mechanical
work as per relevant legislation to enhance maintenance quality and uplift
maintenance to comply local and Jotun standards.
Active communication with subordinates and other company department to improve
maintenance performance enhance operational flexibility and foster teamwork.
Plan and assist team in implementing and sustaining Belt levels as per Belt
Improvement Program.
Control and manage spare parts and maintain inventory level to minimum through
database system.
Assist with project related maintenance activities.
Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and
failures.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
