efficiently process documents such as invoices to keep our projects running
smoothly.
WHAT YOU 'LL BE DOING:
* Processing vendor invoices
* Verifying and reconciling purchase order invoices and recurring payments
* Providing basic reports
* Managing internal and external enquiries
* Working in line with departmental systems, standards, and processes
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Professional level experience in MS Office suite. Basic level experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
* English, proficient verbal and written
* Prefer saudi nationals.
* Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
* 2 years of relevant work experience
* Associate degree in finance or administrative discipline
