Duties & Responsibilities:
* Identifies and transports goods and materials to work areas specified and as directed by fabrication personnel.
* Loads and unloads storage racks as required to support production requirements.
* Loads and unloads trucks of raw materials and finished products.
* Operates Overhead cranes, hoists, dollies, and forklifts in a safe and responsible manner.
* Operates Overhead cranes to safely assemble and dismantle heavy structures for land rigs
* Should be experienced in rigging and crane operation signals.
* Consistently works in a manner to maintain quality of workmanship and product.
* Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and material handling equipment
* Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* High School or Equivalent preferred.
* 5 Years of related experience Preferred
* Overhead crane operation experience is mandatory.
* Experience working in a fabrication/manufacturing environment a plus
* Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
* Must be able to use shop tools and equipment
* Must be able to work with limited supervision
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Must possess good communication skills
Qualification, knowledge and experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience of in overhead crane operation.
* Certification training in OH crane and rigging preferred.
