We are hiring an HR consultant f/m , who will be part of DuPont company,
reporting to the Cluster HR Leader.
Al Jubail is a key location for water treatment business production with more
than 120 employees, mainly in Operations. Our other location in Saudi Arabia
is in Dammam with mainly sales-marketing roles and support functions.
You will be the focal point for any HR related topics for both sites in the
country and your main responsibilities will be:
* Plan, develop and coordinate HR initiatives to support business goals and local needs.
* Ensure an effective and motivating work environment in collaboration with local management.
* Support/manage various HR related tasks independently and as a team member during employee life-cycle.
* Liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure timely processing of all HR related tasks e.g. onboarding, work permits, payroll, benefits administration, etc.
* Provide assistance/support to employees and managers on HR related questions, processes and policies.
* Comply with local labor laws and regulations.
* Actively participate in ongoing and upcoming HR projects and initiatives.
Location: Al Jubail, Al Khobar
A successful candidate must have:
* University degree preferably in Economics or Business Administration
* Minimum 7 years of experience in general HR in an industrial company
* Solid knowledge and understanding of the Saudi Arabia Labor Law
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills with all levels of the organization.
* Strong coaching skills
* Being able to influence stakeholders
* Analytical mindset, "can-do" attitude, very good in follow up
* Being able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to details
* Fluent in English and Arabic
