General Manager Saudi and Bharain

Leadership & Expertise
‎1. Develop the Sales and Service company towards a customer centric
organization aligned with Alfa Laval Strategy
‎2. Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing and
monitoring business development, sales and service activities.
‎3. Develop and deliver a market strategy and drive business performance to
achieve challenging targets.
‎4. Secure that efficient sales and service processes are fully implemented.
‎5. Work together with matrix to set the market development priorities.
‎6. Lead the People Development of the country and/or entity and ensure we
have the right people in place securing a high-performance organization.
‎7. Lead the local Management Team giving the direction and ensuring that they
are leading their division/departments according with the local strategy.
‎8. Ensure compliance with the Alfa Laval Corporate Governances and local
Regulations.
‎9. Secure the Sales Company Transformation Strategy of Global Sales and
Service and MEA is drive and visible implemented.
‎10. Be a permanent member of the MEA Management Team contributing to the
whole MEA S3 Strategy (Set for Sustainable Success) and securing Saudi Arabia
is well represented.
‎11. Drive Sales Efficiency in the local territory through business partners
like distributors and aggregators.
‎12. Be the living example of change leader driving transformation through the
extensive utilization of our customer relationship management and adapting
local organization through the S3 Strategy
‎13. Lead and Secure that Marketing through the four excellence areas are
implemented well in the territory.
‎14. Proactively communicate regional development to region and Centre.

What you have
* You are a Leader by Nature, good communicator, Drive and Energy, with proven records on Company Transformations. You are Open Minded willingness to learn the complexity of Alfa Laval. Customer Oriented with high quality standards mindset and high level of beliefs in Business Principles, Ethics and Compliances.
* Our future MD is a young entrepreneur with proven experiences in leadership positions developing Capital Sales and Service businesses in Alfa Laval
* Very good knowledge on the laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is key, you will lead the overall team, but the Business is safeguarded by the Division Heads in Dubai, while the compliance and processes of the company is more a local thing this person must be on top of it.
* Excellent English Skills mandatory and Arab Language preferable.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is directly responsible for leading managers of the divisions
and staff functions locally.

This role reports to the cluster president India Middle East and Africa.
